Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!

I love Dr. Seuss and his great books. I enjoy celebrating his birthday with my students and with my kids.

We enjoyed green eggs and bacon for dinner (we didn't have any ham). Neither girl cared for the green eggs, but they were brave enough to try them. I didn't like them either. It is definitely hard to eat green eggs. They were especially green this year. I used too much food coloring. Yuck!
I love the picture of the Cat in the Hat Erin Joy drew. I love his red belly and his big bellybutton:)
