Piano and Party and Nativity, Oh My!

Rachel did an excellent job at her piano recital yesterday.

Rachel has wanted to go to Build-A-Bear Workshop for her birthday for many years. I told her she could go when she turned eight years old because eight is a special birthday. She will be baptized at the end of the month because she is now old enough.

She had a wonderful time at her party and I'm very glad we went. Erin Joy and Rachel had a great time playing with their bears in the car as we traveled around for various activities yesterday. Their bears are already good friends.

Instead of gifts, Rachel had her friends donate money to help a little boy needing heart surgery through Love Without Boundaries. You can see little Henry here and make a donation too if you'd like!

We then enjoyed a live nativity and Christmas concert with friends.
