Who Listens to a Groundhog?

According to Punxsutawney Phil, we will have six more weeks of winter.  I think a panda ought to predict the weather instead of a groundhog.  A panda is always too busy eating bamboo to notice his/her shadow.  Then spring will come.  I'm going to listen to the panda and ignore the groundhog.  Hurry up spring!
