Messy Fish

"Noodle Art" was the theme of this sticky project at the Children's Museum. Rachel wouldn't touch it. Erin Joy had it from head to toe. My girls are different that way....

After carefully placing each piece of pasta on her paper Erin Joy declared, "Look it a mess."

I laughed and responded. "Yes, it is a mess, but it is a creative mess."

"Not mess, mommy, fish. I say look it a fish."

Ooops...I still don't understand her language all of the time. Guess I missed that one. I hope her feelings weren't hurt. Now that I look at it closely, I can see a fish in there.

Speaking of fish and to change the subject entirely, guess who passed to the next level in swimming lessons???? RACHEL!! She is no longer a "flounder" but has advanced to the level of a "minnow."
